What if there were only nine areas of our life that we needed to focus upon to live fully and completely? What if paying attention to these nine areas for a few minutes each day would allow you to pursue you wildest dreams? And you could do it without loosing yourself, your relationships and still fulfill your obligations ? I think it is possible. I have noticed are different points in my day and my life where I must make decisions because of that sometimes I make choices that upset the balance of my life. I have found that I keep track of the following nine areas, balance returns and I can be more focused on each area. The following is a list of the nine areas I believe need continual focus. - Self care - exercise, diet, emotional
- Writing - journaling, expression, email, etc.,
- Art - For its own sake
- Work - yes it is necessary
- Professional Development - not what you might be thinking
- Spiritual Development - Definitely, this is different for everyone
- Social pleasure - It is not lonely at the top
- Rest and relaxation - You gotta recharge
- Responsibility - It feels good to take charge of your decisions

Touch Points Of My Life Today I am grateful for all of the touch points of my life. Some are opportunities to participate, other touch points like the daily commute are opportunities to observe and send out feelings of peace, love, and, joy. As I examine all the touch points of my day points were I can affect other people or circumstances or points where I let other people or circumstance affect me. I hope and pray to remain centered in the Light of Spirit, the touch point of my soul. The common ground for my life are the points at which my thoughts and action touch another. I share hope and I become hopeful. I share a smile and I become joy. I share love and I am loved. I live today aware of my touch points and I am touched deeply by each and every one of you.
